Taking inspiration from peppermint bark this sundae features decadent brownie, classic vanilla ice cream, and the crisp sweet flavor of Candy Cane Lane syrup.

Ingredients

  • baked brownies

  • good quality vanilla ice cream

  • crushed candy canes

  • Candy Cane Lane syrup

Instructions

  • Bake your favorite brownies and let cool until warm or room temperature

  • Place candy canes into a gallon zip lock bag and crush with a rolling pin

  • Layer brownies, ice cream, and syrup into a dessert dish and top with crushed candy cane

  • Serve and enjoy!
