Sweet Escape, Cocktail & Mocktail

This was the first cocktail I taught at South Maple Street Cocktails its a perfect balance of sweet and tart with unexpected warm spices.

Ingredients

• 1.5 ounces of Tequila

• .5 ounce of Triple Sec

• 1 ounce of pineapple juice

• .5 ounce of freshly squeezed lemon juice

• .5 ounce of Rich Aunty syrup

Make it a Mocktail!

• 2 ounces of pineapple juice

• 1 ounce of freshly squeezed lemon juice

• 1 ounce of Rich Aunty syrup

Instructions

-In a shaker combine the tequila, triple sec, pineapple juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and Rich Aunty syrup with ice and shake well

- Strain into your favorite rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with a lemon wheel and pineapple leaf or edible flower of your choice!
