Lavender Grace Italian Soda, Mocktail

I L-O-V-E this mocktail, every time I share this drink with people they are surprised how refreshing it is and how perfectly the flavors balance each other out. If you want something a little more decadent, add a splash of cream!

Ingredients

• 1 oz Lavender Grace syrup

• 1 oz fresh-squeezed lemon

• Topo Chico or soda water

• Optional: half and half or non dairy cream

Instructions

In a glass half filled with ice, pour the Lavender Grace syrup and lemon juice, gently top with Topo Chico mineral water or soda water until half full, and gently stir until well incorporated, fill with remaining water and gently stir.

Optional, top with a little half and half to make this an Italian Cream Soda!
